What Matters? You!

Let me ask all of you a question, “YOU HAVE THIS ONE LIFE. How do you want to spend it? Apologizing? Regretting? Questioning? Hating Yourself? Dieting? Running behind people who DON’T see you? I always get this question in my mind whenever somebody says “Life is Hard”, I am really tempted to know “Compared to what?” It took me around mid 20s of my age to realize that why do we worry about the world coming to an end today; it is already tomorrow in Japan and Australia. In life, we all are free to choose, but we aren’t free from the consequences of our choice. Some choices will be good, some bad, and some of the worst choices might make good stories; but every choice shapes your future. So Cry, Forgive, Learn and Move On! Never let a bad situation bring out the worst in you. Stop complaining about the things you are not willing to change. Remember, the first step in getting what you want is having the courage to get rid of what you don’t. You don’t become strongest wh...

What Broke You?

It’s Time to Move On! -Whatever you thought about while reading this, IT’S GOING TO BE OKAY! My mother always taught me that human behavior flows from sources of desire, knowledge and emotions. It’s emotions that make us humans. Emotions are strong and intuitive feeling which is distinguished from reasoning or knowledge. More than confusing or breaking you, let it be an experience. Here is a thought to not only overcoming emotions but accepting it; accepting our flaws and failures. We must accept the understanding that it’s tears that can make us strong and heartbreaks that makes us wiser. So, please thank your past for a better future. We have to admit this one simple fact which is that how many times we try and visit past, it has nothing new to offer us. Those failures, stupidities, ugly points, imperfections, or heartbreaks; sometimes it does take a good fall to really know where you are standing. The hardest battle that we have ever fought is with ourselves. We have t...

The Art of Patience!

They say, “Good Things Come to Those Who Wait”. For Rome wasn’t built in a day! But I always end up thinking I can wait but for how long? There is a time in life where holding on does become difficult. So, what you do? Well, I stick to being tolerant! I think allowing life to follow its own natural course is better than forcing into things that are not in our hands. This will result in another level of stress, pain and anxiousness of not being able to accomplish things you wish for. In urge of wanting the success badly we need up ruining it even before it is about being – Over thinking, Worrying, or Doubting. I believe that there are things in life that require more time than others would. One has to rethink the way we tackle our laid backs and pain. Patience and Persistence have a magical wand before which difficulties disappears. In patience lies the wisdom. One moment of patience may ward off greatest of adversities and one moment of impatience may ruin one’s life. I ...

Resist Change, Why?

Image
Change is Nature, the part we Influence. And it all starts when we decide! If you don’t know to control what is going around, challenge yourself to control the way you responding to it. That challenge is Change. To define, it maybe uncertain or uneasy switches or process through which something becomes different. We all resist change. For us, it is the most baffling and intractable problem. Some resist thinking they will lose power or alteration in expertise or even be wrong in accepting the change as decision. In simple terms, surprise or fear of the unknown or failure make us resist change. But, we have to understand that life is a continuous succession of natural and impulsive changes. Resistance will only bring sorrow; let reality be it. Let things flow the way they like. Those who died yesterday had plans for today and those who died today had plans for tonight. This is why I love a quote of Socrates. He stated, “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not o...
